[rabbitmq-discuss] Shovel with exchange-exchange bindings

That's unfortunate as we had to rely on a custom 'shoveler' built outside of the server to achieve that, which is not something we would have liked to do.
By the way,  what is the current status of the federation addin? It will definitely work in our scenario, although I think it is going to present still some issues in building distributed request-reply use cases.

I'm fairly sure that'll not get approval from the politburo around here, I'm afraid. Plus almost exactly that feature is sort of in federation.

Yes thanks for that. Neither I, nor the QA, caught that oversight when that change was made. I'll sort that.
