[rabbitmq-discuss] Pika v0.9.4 Release

Pika v0.9.4 has been released and pushed to PyPI. This is a bugfix
only release which primarily addresses a bug found with large frame
sizes (exceeding 1MB). Users of the previous 0.9 versions are
encouraged to upgrade to this version.

PIP users should run "pip install --upgrade pika"
