[rabbitmq-discuss] problem to install rabbitmq server in debian operating system

Hi,
I am using Debian operating system.i downloaded the give installer for
Debian,but when i try to install using the below command :
dpkg --install rabbitmq-server_2.1.1-1_all.deb
it give the following error:
[Error]:

please guide me where i have problem to install rabbitmq server and if
possible then please send the details description about the installation
of server and configuration.
