[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ running on VMWare

Hi,

What are the thoughts on deploying RabbitMQ 2.1.1 on to VMWare ESXi?

From what I have seen RabbitMQ likes memory, and fast disk access (where I feel that ESXi needs a lot of pre-thought) is not so important?

I know it depends on the messaging throughput but I am only talking about a couple of thousand messages an hour at peak and at the start far less than that.

Any experiences on that?
