[rabbitmq-discuss] messages not consumed by client for al long time >10min

I have a problem with messages which are not consumed for a long period of
time. For some messages it take more than 10 minutes between posting a
message by producerand receiving it on consumer. During this period of time
i can see that message on queue and it is in ready status. Other messages,
sent later, are delivered and consumed instantly. For purpose of test i have
one producer and one consumer located on different servers.

Has anybody encountered that problem? Any working solution/walkaround/clue
will be mostly welcome?

I'm using server and client version 1.7.1.
The messages are PERSISTENT_TEXT_PLAIN
