[rabbitmq-discuss] building webhooks plugin with 2.1.1

I just updated GitHub with some code changes to make the webhooks plugin work with RabbitMQ 2.1.1 and the latest erlang AMQP client. I also uploaded a binary with just the plugins needed to the "Downloads" section.
