[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ with MS SQL and MySQL

Hello,

I am new to AMQP and RabbitMQ. I am tying to understand RabbitMQ.
Does it support databases like MS SQL and MySQL? Whether C++/C library is
officially released on Linux/Windows?

Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
