[rabbitmq-discuss] Rabbitmqctl 1.7.2 doesn't work in Mac OS.

Hi Gustavo,
I'm assuming that you're running OS X 10.5 or earlier? It would appear that
we've introduced an 10.6+ only flag in our scripts with 1.7.2 (and
unfortunately, it must only have been tested on 10.6).
If you edit the scripts and remove the -E, it shouldn't do any harm - you
should be in no worse position than you were on 1.7.1. We'll raise a bug
internally to try to work out a way to solve this more permanently going
forward.
