[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ SNMP Plugin Updates: Now with a counter for total messages delivered to queues

I've updated the RabbitMQ SNMP plugin available at
http://github.com/epicadvertising/rabbitmq_snmp_plugin

Highlights: 
	Tracing delivery messages to queues so you can pull the total number of messages delivered.
	a patch by ddssot for aggregate stats for the vhost.
	a patch by ddssot to adjust the update interval.

The tracing will probably be quite brittle when it comes to the version of rabbit you are using, it's currently tested on 1.7.1

RabbitMQ guys: Any thoughts on using a gen_event we could add handlers to get this info?
