[rabbitmq-discuss] webhooks plugin now has gzip support

Just pushed to Github a couple changes to the webhooks plugin:

1) To announce itself to the REST service via custom "X-Requested-With" header ("RabbitMQ-Webhooks")
2) Added an "X-ReplyTo" header to help the REST service reply to messages
3) Added support for gzipping content from REST service back to the plugin (for eventually re-queueing responses based on return "X-Replyto-Exchange", etc... headers)
