[rabbitmq-discuss] Building rabbitmq on snow leopard?

Yay! Thanks for the impetus to try again, David; I've just `brew install
xmlto`ed, and it built cleanly and installed OK. And now rabbitmq-server's
`make docs_all` works perfectly.
