[rabbitmq-discuss] Potential channel.flow_ok bug in either .NET client, server, or my code

Has anyone seen this error before? .NET client 1.8.1, rabbitmq-server
1.8.1:
connection <0.244.0> (running), channel 1 - error:
{amqp_error,command_invalid,
"received channel.flow_ok{active=false} has incorrect polarity",
'channel.flow_ok'}
This causes the channel to be closed. About 1 minute previous, there was a
vm_memory_high_watermark set followed within 4 seconds by a
vm_memory_high_watermark clear.
