[rabbitmq-discuss] The New Persister --- I would like to compare it with the old (using Tony's recommendations) --- but where is it?

Yikes :-) Sends shivers down the spine. In my opinion, for these
preliminary tests, using the toke plugin isn't necessary. It could be
necessary for certain kinds of production installation though, so maybe
as a later step we should look at getting it built for windows somehow.
