[rabbitmq-discuss] Install 1.7 on debian with apt-get

Hello,

I am attempting to install 1.7.0-1 on debian using apt-get.

After it installs I get an error:

Starting rabbitmq-server: FAILED - check /var/log/rabbitmq/ 
startup_log, _err
rabbitmq-server.
invoke-rc.d: initscript rabbitmq-server, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing rabbitmq-server (--configure):
  subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
  rabbitmq-server
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

And I have an erl_crash.dump in /var/lib/rabbitmq.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck.  I haven't got a clue how to determine the  
cause of the erl_crash.dump.

Can anyone assist?
