It's a 4Gig box, but has apache and mysql running along. I have
stopped apache and now it has about 1G memory free.

It may very well be possible that at some time total available memory
may be < 5% of the total memory available to the system. I will now
monitor this case also when the system stops responding.

Thanks, I will do so if problem persists. Previously I was using old
1.3 and that did not have such problems, now I understand why.
