[rabbitmq-discuss] Component lifecycle notifications

Hi RabbitMQ list,

is there some kind of component lifecycle notification support
available in some branch / planned / already implemented? I was
thinking about sth. along the lines of messages being send when
components (Exchanges, Queues and Bindings) are declared or
(auto)deleted. This would solve the problem of modelling presence real
nicely.
