[rabbitmq-discuss] rejected.py 0.2 released

I've just bundled up rejected 0.2 and uploaded it to Github:

 rejected.py is a python based multi-threaded consumer daemon and framework
for RabbitMQ

Features include:

   - Multithreaded consumer daemon, core application manages connections
   - Elastic threading based upon demand when using Alice
   - Safety mechanism to auto-unsubscribe consumers when encountering errors
   - Message rate limiting / throttling
   - Allows for multiple brokers per binding and multiple bindings per
   instance
