Jaunty (ubuntu 9.04) is already past Feature freeze, headed for
release in 2 weeks, so I don't see how R13 could possibly go in.
Should be easy to go into the 9.10 release though.
If you really need R13 on Jaunty, pehaps building a backport in a PPA
would be the easiest thing.
I haven't had time to try Rabbit with any version of Erlang other than
what is in Ubuntu.
