[rabbitmq-discuss] .NET heartbeating

Hi all,

There's a problem with .NET heartbeating. Heartbeating in other clients,
and in the server, is fine (so far as we know!).

We have disabled heartbeating in the default branch of our .NET client's
mercurial repository, for now, while we address the problem.

For those using released versions, if you're having trouble with
heartbeats, disable them by setting
ConnectionParameters.RequestedHeartbeat to zero (0) on your
ConnectionFactory before calling CreateConnection.

Hopefully, it'll be easy to find and fix the problem.
