Sounds just about perfect.  I'm new to this message queue thing, so I
wasn't sure if being robust to system failure was a high priority, or
if reliability was just about messages being properly and rapidly
dispatched in the normal cases.  It looks like being fully robust to
failures is definitely a high priority, so that's good.
