Joe Armstrong's latest book is a nice read and after all, he did
originally hack Erlang.

Googling the erlang-questions list and reading trapexit can help as well.

As indicated above, the dbg module (RTFM :-) or the TCL frontend (type
in toolbar:start() in the shell click on the bug icon).
