No.

We have an internal bug database, which is the source of the curious
branch names we have in the source tree.

But the only database that Joe The Plumber can use is the user list archives.

Part of the reason is that tradition bug databases seem to fill up
with junk that nobody cares about.

Also, we tend to react to issues posted on the list so it is a good
place to file bugs and search for issues other people have created.
