Hi,

I've been trying to execute the JSON based Manager which makes an RPC
to "amq.rabbitmq.management". After the basicPublish call returns, the
client blocks on a BlockingCell indefineately. Do you have to turn
some management function on in the rabbitmq server (I just started
rabbit out of the erl shell with application:start(rabbit) )?
