[rabbitmq-announce] RabbitMQ 2.8.7 released

The RabbitMQ team is pleased to announce the release of RabbitMQ 2.8.7.

This is a bugfix release with corrections to the broker and Erlang
client, as well as the STOMP and management plugins.
